MNG is excited to announce Jonathon Carley has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.

Jonathon brings extensive experience in senior financial and operational roles across a diverse range of industries, including roles as Chief Operating and Financial Officer for a publicly listed technology company and Group Financial Controller for a large national IT services and cloud provider.

Jonathon said “There’s no doubt the last few years have presented challenging operating conditions for all businesses and fundamentally change the way we operate. As incoming CFO it’s encouraging to see how well the Group has navigated market condition and is in a very strong financial position as we enter a new phase.

“MNG’s previous CFO has left an excellent platform for me to build upon and continue our transformation journey. I’m excited about the opportunity ahead of me to support the Senior Executive Team and Board to realise opportunities presented by the current market to help take MNG to the next level.”

Scott Anderson, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of MNG, welcomed Jonathon to MNG’s Senior Executive Team and looked forward to his financial leadership.
